Gavin Giavannoni - among the leading neurologists internationally involved in research and treatment of MS.

Karl Schmierer from Queen Marys college University of London - working for a better understanding of the progression of MS and treatments to counter it

Rachel Farrell from University College London - working on neuro -rehabilitation and targeting appropriate treatments to individuals

George Pepper from ShiftMS - the organisation he set up after his own diagnosis of MS at the age of 22 to support young people affected by the condition

Djeorge Gverik from the MS Tissue Bank

and from the local area:-

Agne Straukiene - consultant neurologist from Torbay Hospital specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with MS

Jenny Pye - MS nurse from Torbay Hospital

Sally Crozier - MS Advocacy adviser from Citizens Advice who specialises in the support of people affected by MS as they access benefits and services

Colin Bannon - retired GP with MS who has a particular interest in diet and MS and who himself follows the OMS diet

Exact timings for the day are still being worked on, but bookings are being taken already and we do urge possible attendees to book as soon as possible in order to secure a place. We are asking for a contribution of £10 per person which will cover attendance and all refreshments, and the person taking bookings is:-
