What is Life Coaching?
A life coach can help you move from where you are now to where you want to be in the future. The aim of Life Coaching is to help create a clear vision of your future, recognise your strengths while overcoming barriers to change, help you develop a plan of action and learn about the principles of self motivation and your goals.
Typically each session will last 60 minutes and can take place at the centre on a one-to-one or group basis. Sessions can also be arranged by phone or Skype.
